Maybe the Turn Coat's radar should be able to track players. Of course, there has to be a downside or else this would be way too overpowered.

The Turn Coat, Should allow you to see cloaked enemy spies, and turn the opposite color(sounds dumb right, but all spies disguised as enemy spies have disguise masks, this would allow you to not have the mask) disguise immediately, no cloud of smoke
Cons:
disguised counts as cloak time
+25% received damage from enemy spies

I agree, and better knife ideas and revolvers, kinda bland, but maybe a disguise kit replacement? They have a slot for them, and more sappers, I'd love to see this have a Sapper with it.

jeez we need new watches so i was thinking that it could be like the cloak and dagger but recharge when u press the w key and runs down when you arent pressing it or not moving and u cannot backstab for 2 seconds after u decloak

Maybe it offers a sort of 'Cloak and Dagger' style concealment, but gives a small glowing dot or something to 'spot' disguesed/cloaked enemy spies.

This is what it should do:
-show enemies on the watch on radar
-Removes your health bar on screen = your health bar goes onto the watch
-somehow teleports you back to your base
-cloaks like the cloak and dagger - be invisible as long as you want
-Makes some sort of noise while uncloaking (like dead ringer)

This should have like a portable radar on the watch, but it would be slow and not over powered, like cods heartbeat sensor in MW3
