Yes sorry for the late answer i don't think i ever added the shields cause i wasn't using them. Lazy of me. I think they don't add stats that is why they are just a reskin so you can just get them with the xskin. I might take a look in my mod files and see if i can update it though.

@Pyrotechnic365 - Yes, you can add this mid campaign, but not mid tactical. (You don't need a to start a new campaign for this to work).

In my Legendary campaign the costs of shotguns have the normal cost instead of the increased legendary one. (You can tell that they cost 13 supplies at MAG instead of 26 supplies) Trying to track down the error in code. Would be nice if someone could also verify this and it's not some weird thing on my end only. So far i haven't find why would that be the case.

@Pyrotechnic365 I am guessing you mean enable both mods since this is a bridge. And yes it should be fine i have done it also.

@Dragonlord - No, we don't use LWOTC. We use 5TWO with our own O+E that isn't loaded to a Workshop mod.

Regardless of wether this is setup for 5TWO or not, those using it will need to edit the techs as I've mentioned so that the weapons unlock with the appropriate schematics =)

This is very similar to work we did for our own O+E, which if we recall, uses the same templates as those here when it comes to weapons, items and such =)

Hah, funnily enough I made this mod for myself awhile back, but then I feature creeped it and never released it.

@Leyshade mod isn't setup for 5 tiers. But at least that way you spread the 3 versions in the 3rd tier and 5th tier. But you will get sooner the melee weapons (alot sooner) since they are tied in lancer research. Also i am guessing you are using it in LWOTC since these are their templates. Not sure if Mods like Iridars 5TWO use the same ones.

To note, for those using 5TWO:

You will need to go into this mods Config folder, and edit all copies of MagnetizedWeapons within XComWeaponTuning.ini to CoilGunTech_LW, and also change GaussWeapons to AdvancedCoilGunTech_LW

Oh wow, this came out of nowhere. Cool stuff! I did have a look at the configs that were posted before, but felt like it'd probably be better left to the community until I actually got some hands-on experience with these mods.

Thanks for making this a proper thing!
