I'm just curious, what's the TV world event supposed to be like? I run the mod mostly vanilla and interactive with the televisions either makes them disappear entirely after displaying the YT link, or it sends me to a textureless version of the level with frozen enemies and unloaded areas before crashing. .

Best custom mutation I've played in a while, this is my go-to since I like the atmosphere of being left alone, the power-ups are kinda nice, my biggest concern with Last Man on Earth was the fact that it felt like some odd custom server plugin that was a bandaid of a script, this addon makes it feel like the real deal

So, the mod is quite nice. Although apparently using a mod to disable bots doesn't work and it broke my crosshair. Which is very annoying since Left 4 Dead DOES NOT HAVE ADS

This addon is really good, it's balanced around single-player and feels like something like cry of fear, it has a cool cutscene where time stops when you get to the finale area. the only thing i didn't like is the never-ending common horde in the dead center finale, but i completed it after some tries after constantly looping them around the mall.

btw how do i start the next chapter after i complete one? like without having to open console and eneter a new map again?

i also have a complaint as to maps/finales like the hardrain finale, especially when you are fighting tanks since there is virtually no space for you to walk on, and there's also the water. the commons are ok tho

I'm coming back to write another comment on account of the fact that I have just attempted to beat dead center with this mod, please do something to aid the player in scavenge based finales. It's nearly impossible to do without spamming pipe bombs or bile bombs as commons just keep on spawning, even during the tank phases. It's nearly impossible to get anything done like this.

I've noticed that this mod frequently disables my crosshair in normal gameplay, even with the mod disabled/uninstalled.

Once you are in the game, spectating the 4 bots, spectate the one you wanna play as, then spam either the e or r button? Its one of those that should throw ya in. @nevy9012

Hey! Saw this mod on YT recently, and thought it sounded really cool! I've been trying to play it but starting the maps as stated (turning sv_cheats to 1, then using map <mapname> alone) doesn't seem to work? It spawns me as a spectator with all 4 bots still in the level.

After having messed around more in a vanilla setting modpack, this mod continues to be a blast, and I have come to appreciate almost all "hallucinations" the mod pack offers, its pretty insane how indepth it is. The only "hallucination" I still have a problem with is just that last one which causes you to slowly move throughout the last chapter, as I said previously, that one is still a bit in the way of actual gameplay, punishing the player by eating all your tools before the last fight, other then that, this mod is easily a 9/10!!!

So, this is a really great mod, it actually successfully creates a singleplayer left 4 dead experience. I usually combo it with the nightmare pack. The thing is, the psychological aspect can be a bit in the way? And usually its not a problem, but I tend to forget to used the "closemind" command whenever I start the game itself, and then that leads to the event where your slowly walking through the map as all the zombies are frozen and then you suddenly wake back up at the safe house. Which... gets rid of all your previous progress, losing your guns/grenade/pills/adrenaline. It'd be nice if there was a version of this mod without the random events, or if there was a more permanent way to make sure these events never play?

I dunno, its conceptually cool, but man, it gets in the way. That's not to say its bad, I mean, the things the author was able to do to left 4 dead 2 was INSANE, this is practically an entirely different game! And those events are SUPER important for creating an atmosphere, I just think, at the very least, the slow moving, heavy breathing, frozen zombie one shouldn't punish you for merely playing? All in all, this is a great mod that SINGLE-HANDED-LY made me fall BACK in love with this game. You did an amazing job, and probably, brought others like me back to the game.

For some reason Bill/Nick are not able to be picked, all the other seemingly work fine but for those two specifically it's just a floating knife.
Also does the mod work with all the maps? or are only a few designed to work with this?

The final level of No Mercy appears to be impossible, as for some reason the ladder to get outside is blocked by an invisible thing. It's possible to get outside in the weird frozen state everything's in before the level actually starts, but I can't get outside after that point.

ok so if i select and kill each character it lets me play as them this works lol my bad thanks

seems others are also having this problem so im not sure. but i join using console commands and cannot select a character. i try do sv_takecontrol and it just kills the character i select. seems theres suppost to be a prompt saying the buttons 5 to 9 will select a character but this didnt show up for me, and pressing any of these buttons doesnt work. seems like a really cool mod, just what i was missing from solo mutation, really hope theres an easy fix

When i use a TV a link just pops up for a second before vanishing. That supposed to happen or did i not download something?

Could this mod be compatible with the Nightmare modpack? if not, what mods could I disable to make it playable?
