Another issue in common/buildings/sprawl_background_graphics_buildings.txt, line 749. those gfx tries to use indian walls, but should not, because it's defined later on line (like ayleyd uses aldmer on line 791). Solution to remove that indian walls asset, because all gfx that use it already defined later.

@Hyperion Hi! Thanks for the feedback!
Hyperion 22. okt. kl. 12:35
Hi! Great mod, but I found 3 mesh reference errors causing "couldn't find pdxmesh" errors in the log:

**1. wonder_pelargir_mesh (doesn't exist)**
- File: common/buildings/00_castle_buildings.txt (lines 533, 1301, 2020, 2731)
- Fix: Replace with building_dunedain_castle_01-04_mesh (for proper level progression)

**2. cemanahuac_city_*_mesh (missing "building_" prefix)**
- File: common/buildings/00_city_buildings.txt (lines 326, 944, 1528, 2116)
- Fix: Change to "building_cemanahuac_city_01_mesh" and "building_cemanahuac_city_02_mesh"
- Your .asset files define them with the "building_" prefix but the building files are missing it

**3. guinean_castle_4_mesh (wrong format)**
- File: common/buildings/00_castle_buildings.txt (line 2519)
- Fix: Change to "guinean_castle_04_mesh" (should be "04" not "4")

@Jet It is better to start a new game to eliminate possible bugs
Jet 11. sep. kl. 12:10
can i add to an ongoing save

Plots with Argonian cities are empty pls fix. And I also think that the original Kotri architecture looked more native to Black Marsh than the one added in the last update. Meanwhile great mod thx for working on it
Nerevar Moon-and-Star 1. sep. kl. 15:33
Bug: The Argonian Cities do not show up for me, just an empty plot with a name. Otherwise wonderful mod, thank you so much for updating!
Aeylog 27. aug. kl. 1:16
thank you very much for the update!
outlander7 25. aug. kl. 2:16
thank you very much for the update!

the heartlander holding cards look too western european, makes them feel too similar to the colovians, despite the heartlanders being an extension of the nibenese.
Gaz 21. apr. kl. 18:56
not to nitpick but ngl i kinda liked this mod more before the ai art, now many of the buildings in the graphics look plain nonsensical and random. love the 3d art, unit graphics and character backgrounds. id also recommend using dunmer architecture for 3d dwemer holdings instead of the MENA one which has palm trees that look extremely weird in cold places or vvardenfell
Cpt.Niplle_whisker 21. apr. kl. 7:30
can these scenes be added to the barber shop too please
SecretBird 7. apr. kl. 18:06
Does this mod not work with Falmer culture?
just shows up with vanilla castles and cities... there a way to fix?
Ty of Troy 27. mar. kl. 16:14
also the era art in innovation in blank. I recall Elder Scroll art being there in the past I think. Maybe something is wrong on my end
Ty of Troy 27. mar. kl. 15:57
@jimmywhite you do know I am referring the the cathedrals for the gods in the Cyrodiil cities right? Not normal ones as I can see what you mean with the upgraded look for normal ones.
Jimmywhite  [ophavsmand] 27. mar. kl. 12:30
@Ty of Troy Take a look at mod files starting with "temple_". You will find all variations how colovian, cyrodilic, heartlander etc cathedrals look like with tier improvements.
Ty of Troy 27. mar. kl. 12:26
@jimmywhite thanks for being quick to respond and help out. Just for clarification are you saying that the cathedrals are supposed to look like how they do in Oblivion or that they are supposed to look like the image I was referring to and then when upgraded they changed to their in game look from Oblivion? I feel as if I should have included that before
Jimmywhite  [ophavsmand] 27. mar. kl. 12:24
@Ty of Troy Well, I checked it and everything is fine. Cyrodilic cathedrals have proper illustrations. Note that they change with improvements of holding levels.
Ty of Troy 27. mar. kl. 12:19
@Jimmywhite all of the cathedrals in Cyrodiil have the 19th image on the far left column above. Again your mod is working a the backgrounds for characters are Elder Scrolls locations but the art itself for what I remember being different is the image I referenced above
Jimmywhite  [ophavsmand] 26. mar. kl. 22:45
@Siper17 Sure, almost ready. Will be updated this weekend.
@Ty of Troy Hm, I have them displayed correctly. Tell me please the example of temple holding with missing graphics.
Siper17 26. mar. kl. 21:55
awesome man thank you for the quick update! Will the culture art mods be getting updated as well?
Ty of Troy 26. mar. kl. 14:02
I have not played with this mod or EK2 for almost a year. I seem to recall the cathedrals in Cyrodiil being the image for the respective cathedrals. Was that removed? I know this mod is working as I placed it under EK2 as the backgrounds are Elder Scrolls locations
Deafi 25. mar. kl. 15:27
splendid
Ty of Troy 25. mar. kl. 13:20
@jimmywhite, it works now. I just needed to put the mod under EK2
Jimmywhite  [ophavsmand] 25. mar. kl. 12:53
@outlander7 Hm, seems I have totaly missed big part in scripting update. Thanks, I will fix that!
outlander7 25. mar. kl. 12:44
I noticed adventurers have cultural interior backgrounds as if they were landed instead of the proper camp background

Is there a way for you to fix this or is this just something that needs to be endured with how things are set up?

Either way the mod is great but its just a tiny little issue!
Jimmywhite  [ophavsmand] 25. mar. kl. 12:44
@Ty of Troy Well..Make sure you have it after EK2 in load order, also resubscribe the mod to ensure that it has fully re-downloaded.
Ty of Troy 25. mar. kl. 12:41
As a big fan of this mod I have to say that this does not appear to work even though I just updated it. I only have EK2 and this mod installed but I do not see the normal art that is from this mod. All of the hold art looks vanilla and so do the backgrounds. How could this be if I had just updated this mod?
Yanush 25. mar. kl. 12:31
Только сейчас заметил. Ещё раз спасибо за обновление. Ждём остальные саб моды !
Jimmywhite  [ophavsmand] 25. mar. kl. 12:30
@Yanush Pendragon Да, но они были и в прошлой версии)
Yanush 25. mar. kl. 12:28
От души благодарю за обновление ! На первом скриншоте новые модели на карте ?
Atridij 25. mar. kl. 12:27

Any eta for the update?
Solutos Lupus 11. jan. kl. 22:59
@Jimmywhite - you legend mate thanks so much!
Jimmywhite  [ophavsmand] 11. jan. kl. 18:42
@Solutos Lupus Hi. For holdings arts I used Composer on Artbreeder and different tes arts as base images
Solutos Lupus 11. jan. kl. 18:09
Hey @Jimmywhite - what AI tool and prompts are you using? Really like what you have done here and am looking to create a series of holdings for another mod
SeveN 4. nov. 2024 kl. 6:40
I'm guessing it's not possible to separate background event images from the ART mod you're currently using and instead make it location based? Like for example taking pilgrimage to some shrine in Morrowind and all the events that would occur there would use Dunmer ART instead of using your own.
adrianrull113 19. aug. 2024 kl. 10:04
@Jimmywhite actually after cheking the art again I think I was a bit confused and you can disregard my pevious comment, the holding art is good as it is
Jimmywhite  [ophavsmand] 17. aug. 2024 kl. 2:39
@adrianrull113 You mean it is hard to distinguish castle and city? Or what? And which cultures exactly?
adrianrull113 17. aug. 2024 kl. 2:17
Some of the new holding art looks very good, but I think overall there isn't enough distinction between the types of holdings. Previous art didn't have this problem as the different holdigs of the same culture were very distinct. I think it would be best to make a mix of both if possible.
Coalsack 12. aug. 2024 kl. 11:16
Hey, I made some custom backgrounds for Skywatch, Lilmoth and Helstrom , as well as custom castle art for Skywatch, Mathiisen, and Lilmoth.

Would you be interested on me linking the dds files so you can use them if you want?
Sin 12. aug. 2024 kl. 7:24
@Jimmywhite Damn, I accidentally deleted the comment. Well then I'll write in more detail. I really liked that all the building art now looks uniform and synergistic. Now everything is in the same drawing style and it looks really good.
Jimmywhite  [ophavsmand] 12. aug. 2024 kl. 6:52
@Sin Appreciate your comment!
Jimmywhite  [ophavsmand] 7. aug. 2024 kl. 1:08
@Electrochemical Alchemist Thanks, i will fix it in the upcoming big update. All holdings arts will be revamped with an AI
Mythomaniac Gremlin 6. aug. 2024 kl. 19:14
Great work, though I've noticed that goblin rulers have no background. I checked the comment history and I imagine its a similar issue as it was then. I've checked with just ek2 and this mod installed so I don't believe its a conflict either.
SeveN 4. aug. 2024 kl. 6:15
Thank you, looks like the update fixed it. They no longer use background arts from daedra art which I use.
Jimmywhite  [ophavsmand] 4. aug. 2024 kl. 0:06
@SeveN This happens if you youse ART mods. They replace landcape event images, but the same images are now used by game engine as background for travelling characters. It may be also modded, I will try to find a workaround
SeveN 3. aug. 2024 kl. 23:23
Some characters have a random background not fitting their location - https://imgur.com/a/18rfWHE

Some of those backgrounds seems to be connected to my culture(playing as dremora)
Also it's not permanent, but instead seems to be switching randomly between correct ones and random ones - https://imgur.com/a/NLM6mPl
Gaz 2. aug. 2024 kl. 15:25
I think dwemer could use gah-julan or hlaalu graphical map architecture until something more fitting comes along. It'd be better than the current generic MENA appearance. It would also be cool to see ideal masters get a temple graphic similar to the megalithic looking malacath ones. Would be a bit more fitting imo
