you should make them somewhat smaller!
like regular Swordsmen are like.. WAY too Small.. there all how tall again..
it just looks disproportionate!
a 20% scale down Would look a lot better for it cuz swordsmen should be atleast 60% there size and there like.. Ridiculously small
20 or 30% bigger then the swordsman would be a good way to go

I had an idea some time ago for a WH40k factions - just that I combined imperials with astartes (which are the higher tier units).
But for ultra marines only faction: Here are some ideas for additional units, maybe you'll find some use in it

Tier 1: Servitor > Battle Servitors - melee
Tier 2: Scouts > Snipers
Tier 3: Tactical Marine > Devastator
Tier 3: Assault Marine > Assault Veteran
Tier 4: Marine Biker > Land Speeder
Tier 4: Terminator > Assault Terminator
Tier 5: Rhino > Predator (+Dragonscales for dmg reduction! Spritewise you remove the turret and it is a rhino)
Tier 5: IC Dreadnought > Vene. Dreadn.
Tier 6: Land Raider > Redeemer


By the way, you land speeders have leap, but are not versatile ranged units. What really sucks here, is, that this necessitates 2 sprite sets new from scratch.

Enjoyed the mod, can see the potential of specialised chapters of space marines :). Tier 7 could be a titan or thunderhawk lol.

Why are the SM so costly compared to the other faction units?
At such a high cost, shouldn't they be very powerful to compensate?
Something is way off here, balance wise.

Maybe just make their power match their cost or even reduce the amount that are produced a week and buff them up without touching their price. Definitely needs a power boost though.

@Huhxyz, still working on balance and other stuff, I'll look into it and tweak since I'm trying to figure out how I want them to play against other 40K factions while trying to consider their balance with base game units. Might just put them into their own "OP" power level to reflect their higher level of technology so they maintain their own balance with each other, but unsure which direction to go in atm

Pushed out a new update with a couple extra units, fixed abilities and some stat tweaks for the marines that hopefully makes them a bit hardier and more competitive; let me know your experience below and have a good Christmas!

Thanks for the kudos everyone! And no, I couldn't figure out why armorer was duplicated but it was a typo with "bodyguards" so after I fine tune some other intended additions I'll update!
