This is a good character, but side-b feels unbalanced as it's very spammable and the opponent gets immobilized for at least 5 seconds if they trade with it.

Well made, the sprite and animation quality are solid, but it doesn't really feel like Scissor. I feel like I'm playing Hitmonchan with how "punchy" he plays. But I'm not sure what could be changed to fix that..

I would like to add: If you side B in Turbo mode, then cancel out of it. The opponent will still be unable to move for the rest of the supposed duration.

I'm not crazy about this version of scizor... I feel he could be a lot better ): was a little disappointed upon playing him.

His big claws I feel should be used more for slashing, and a lot of things in this character felt lazy (x-scissor animation and what it actually does, his smash moves, etc.)

The running/dashing animations aren't terrible, and I do love his default standing animation. Very nice.. but I would love a more refined and fun version of this. This is one of my favorite pokemon so I really do appreciate your efforts, and sorry for the harsh criticism, just my thoughts when I played. Thank you.

@author, On a side note, taking into account your experience with previous characters you designed, I thinks tekken realm deserved your attention. It may be relevant to do it but it is yours to decide.

Ah man ive waited so long for someone on workshop to try to make Scizor again!! I really dig his moveset and spritework! A little odd in how his attacks are much more boxer oriented, but it thematically makes sense and i appreciate how different it is. Thanks for the upload

@what The Heck True, not how i'd expect scizor to fight (basically a boxer); I was expecting the moveset to be closer to the Pokken tournament iteration of scizor, like how VVizrard's Blaziken moveset was inspired. Not terrible though.

Does swords dance really just increase damage dealt by 1? I feel like it should be like a 1.2x multiplier or something...

Please add more smear frames to the normals(aerials, lights)
You could also change the animations to feel more slash like, though I do really like how his attacks feel.
Also please make nspecial connect like flashing mac punch from SSBU

Oh nice, a Scizor workshop. Looking forward to trying this out, The author's Terry Bogard Wolf is my favorite from him, the others are a mixed bag.

If you use Fspecial and cancel it with turbo, the opponent stays there for a minute.

You are actually right. I didnt not take that into consideration.
3 jumps is top tiers and that Fspecial covers more than enough in term of range.

Other than that, I am getting a boxer vibe. What do you guy think?

I was labbing this character and I found some interesting combo.The more I played I was getting familiar with the character and asked myself whether it is the work of George Seinfeld.
Turned out it is actually George Seinfeld. Nice addition.^^

@Keblakev I do not think pratfall should be removed as Uspecial

- Is invincible beside start up and endlag
- He has three jumps and a Fspecial which helps him recover
- He is 0.87 Knockback Adj (Imo should be raised up to 0.9)

Also I don't think Uspecial damage should be increased at all because he has a gimmick that basically increases the damage of his moves which makes it go from 9% to 16%
4% per slash would make the damage on the move insane if all of them connect

@WolfboomZ That is a valid point. Now that I know this flaw I may not use at all unless I want to get back to the stage.

@author: It is a well design character and fun to play with. The only think may be that up special.

It may relevant to do something about it.:
-Maybe remove the pratfall or allow Scizor to that dash after the move is complete
-Let us select the direction of the final slash so that at least we get to chose where Scizor is going to land. For instance, as his does 7 slashes during UP special; Maybe the player can hold left or right so that the 7th flash ends up in that direction.
-One more thing if possible for up special. Please increase the damage of each slash from 1% to 4%. 1% per slash is kinda of low taking into account you will probably never land all 7 slashes in most cases.

Only problem with Scizor is the up special. Its very situational and you if used you basically lose a stock if used on the edge or in the air. You get no control after the move so you can't really move left or right to land back down. https://gyazo.com/b132ba75c46ccbf0941e20909792532b
