Nice one, though it definitely feels bad that the scarecrow is not reactable at all. Kinda turns into trying to predict whether it's gonna turn or not, which like is different.
I agree it could use some distance markers to tiebreak people that can't finish the race.

I personally find the "instant death on red light" great. It feels unfair at first, but it creates this psychological game when playing vs other players. "Should I move a safe distance every time, or should I risk it to gain lead?".
In this aspect this minigame is already better from the other redlight/greenlight minigames I've seen in the workshop. In the others you can play reactively, which makes them bland.

However I would like to add points per distance to this minigame, to prevent draws.

I feel like a LITTLE bit of reaction time is needed. It seems too fast (almost instantaneous) that you die when the scarecrow decides to turn around.
