Actually, it does change enemies' gender and (if they have an alternate female appearance) changes them to that as well. Most enemies just don't... have an alternate option and don't have any visible way of detecting gender, either. This is an unfortunate state.

Ah, i see. If you use it on your own, it makes them basically have infinite pages and light, yet you can't control them. Like Apostles but you make the deck.

Delicious Comeuppance should be available though, its marked as available in the XML (Card ID 15). It not dropping is really odd. Maybe Ruina has some glitch with overflow pages I don't know about.

Also, "Citrus X Sinensis" also drops despite not being listed on what the book can drop, though that might be because of a display limit or something.

The page that isn't dropping despite being listed is called "Delicious Comeuppance." The card that drops instead is called "Seeds Of Orange."
Which I'm pretty happy with, given how good a card it is with, say, "Scratch That!"

Also when I fought this time I got a stange message at the end: "),: Please no messing with passives" (I think it was)

As for retaining cards, I meant that they'd stay... Forever, though I think that might be a strange mod interaction since the cards that are retained at the end despite anything are all from mods.

(Also the pages given by her passive on the player-side do retain for up to a scene before exhausting.)

The passive on her keypage does not work like the one in combat against her, it's much more heavily restricted to ensure more even balance for the player. It can only - as the description suggests - access exclusive pages of other characters - so things like boss-only pages or whatever that are not marked as "exclusive" (not player-obtainable) will never be accessed.

As for pages not dropping despite being listed, that is inexplicable. What pages exactly aren't dropping? Bc most (tho not quite all) of her pages are readily accessible player drops.

Also, I just had my entire team wiped twice by Rats because I was trying to see if I even could get Abnormality-only combat pages or somesuch, and I'm not sure if I got even a single one, so I'm not even sure if the passive you get on the key page even remotely works like the one you see in combat.

A second go around, and I noticed some things: Some pages simply do not drop despite being listed. I've gone through 8 or so, and the fact that they're not even the highest rarity makes me rather suspect, especially since the sidebar refreshed the pages I did get. Not to mention that some of them are confusing.

In other news, a Learn build is unfortunately not consistent enough. I tried a lot, but she can throw out so many mass attacks and has so many phase-changes it stops you dead even if you roll high. Since it's impossible to redirect her attacks...

As for the Keypage you get... It's solid. Synergizes with Myongest. Shame the random page at Emotion Level III is far weaker than what she gets as a boss. Makes me wish the player version would reroll the pages instead of removing them outright. That being said, it sometimes lets you retain a page you get, though that might be a mod conflict.

You know what, giving the player “Lying is Bad!” pages would’ve been pretty funny. It’s unfortunate I didn’t think of that. But yes, the fight is largely based on your luck of the draw Sksksk - its the name of the game. I like to think it’s the power of the Library that lets her channel her bullshittery into real physical force.

It’s worth it in the end for the keypage , nevertheless ~

So, after 20 tries, I finally beat this one. By pure luck, unless you're supposed to get those two Pinoccio pages when the Orange Orange changes phases. WAY too many speed dice. What, she had ten by the end of it? Maybe more? And a single failed clash can instantly stagger you, not to mention that one of the passives can turn into the Singing Machine's one and softlock you unless you want to hit End Turn a couple thousand times and wait for her to die from Erosion.

Not to mention that she can just hit that 3x 40-40 mass attack which somehow made me lose even though my librarians miraculously managed to survive it.
The Love thing is brutal, but you can still use the floors with female Chief Librarians if you disable them beforehand and go in with four people.

Either way, great and creative mod. Roland telling me she wasn't all that hard was one hell of a gut punch at the end though.
