I genuinely don't know, but one of the flasks appears empty (the ones hanging from the ceiling). I've checked through custom games and everything was fine there in terms of unlocks, I then even picked up all artifacts, runes and upgrades after I checked if the flask was empty or not, but it still remained empty. Might have just been a bug

No blueprint missing, I just couldn't access the new dlc locations. I reinstalled the mod and it works now. It was probably just Steam messing up the files

@Hoshti Can you specify which blueprint is missing, so that I can fill it up
