@spoink - as mentioned in previous comments. Some have had success with REWASD while others haven’t, so you can try that. If it doesn’t work for you then I’m unable to help

struggling to get anymore than 4 players to join locally? Can get more controllers connected to PC, and recognized by steam on same PC, but only first 4 controllers can join the game. Is this supported?

@Kaneki - The host is the only one that needs this mod, but it is generally recommended to have everyone use the same mods.

@Arthune - The multiplier works as follows.

Where n if whatever preference you've selected, and these only activate if there are more than 4 players in the current lobby

Customer Count
1 + (player_count * n)

Fire Rate & Customer Patience
0.75 + (player_count * n)

If you enable "Scale above 4 players" in the preference menu, how exactly does the Scale multiplier work? For the base game, Customer count scaling is 80% / 100% / 125% / 150% for 1/2/3/4 players and respectively Patience scaling is 75%/100%/110%/115%. (based on the wiki https://wiki.plateupgame.com/gameplay/Multiplayer)

What would be the customer count% and patience% for 5 players in the 3 seperate cases of having 0.1, 0.5, and 1.0 scale multiplier?

What would those percentages be if it was 10 players instead of 5?

@Daimyo unfortunately thats an issue outside of MMOKitchen, I’m not sure how you would go about solving that

Cant seem to get it working with 5 controllers with REWASD. It cant get past the xinput limit of 4 controllers (keyboard works but not controller)

@JaxKats This is the first I've heard of MMO Kitchen preventing launching, open a ticket in the Modding Discord and someone can take a look.

Is the mod still having issues after the update? I've installed and uninstalled the update a few times and the game refuses to start with it installed

@BuddyPuppy6 Thats a windows issue, not MMO.

You’ll need to use a tool like ReWASD

i connect 4 controllers but when i hold the button for the 5th it doesnt work but when i hold the button on my keyboard it works but thats the only other controller that will join the game and then i cant connect anymore controllers

@Wesoteric - Interesting I’ll take a look when I get a chance. It’s a difficult one to test as I don’t have constant access to 5+ accounts

If there's already 4 people in a kitchen, then the host can't send invites, but if invites are sent before 4 people have accepted then all 5+ people can accept and join. I think there may be some issues loading a profile afterward too but my friends and I didn't test that part that thoroughly.

mmo kitchen is just not working

@carrotm0nster No it’s not, thats KitchenLib.

This mod is apparently causing the crane to snap people to the middle when they enter and exit advanced build mode.

@Daneqc - That has nothing to do with MMO Kitchen - have a look a KitchenLib's recent comments.

When I loaded up this mod it for some reason disabled the ping sound whenever you complete a task, anyone know why?

Does this work with 5 players locally on steam deck? (assuming I can get 5 controllers to connect to steam deck)

Oh okay, I thought it was scaling the consent... Was wondering why the timer was so fast.

@merrie - Multiplier shouldn't make a difference. Ensure the lobby is set to Open or Invite Only, or potentially restart Steam.

@merrie - A simple Steam invite should work fine.
