Yeah the names were the hardest part haha. Will have to improve them, I will keep your suggestions in mind

Good idea, but I'd probably choose something different for the names. Perhaps "Collective Farmers" for the rural people, and the intelligentsia could be something like "Radical Intelligentsia", "Brain Workers", "Proletkult", or any number of other things.

Not that you're obligated to take my opinion of course, just some thoughts :)

It normally only affects the armed forces, I just expanded the effects to other IGs
