Time for a mission impossible.
But I recomend it to be changed a little to a more tf2 style.
Maybe try playing with the shading? Or the textures itself to be a bit more detailed/crystal clear?

Like others have said, this might be better with the Soldier or Sniper. Spy isn't supposed to look heavy and armed and tough, he is a master of deceit.

I can somehow see this fitting the Sniper better; heck, even Soldier or SCOUT than the Spy. Sure, sure, he's all Snake-y and all, but then you'd need a whole new Sneaking Suit model for his shirt or else this item will look really off, compared to the Spy's exquisite French suit.

Also, this item needs more goat fultoning.

spy seems to be the least suited (forgive the pun) for this item looks more like a soldier thing

As much as I love this item, I feel like this kind of stuff would fit sniper more. It could still go with the hair that way, but wouldn't break the motif for spy (a gentlemanly spy), I figure items like this would be for a more rugged interpritation of snake, so it wouold fit sniper more imo since sniper is portrayed as a rugged individual himself.
