I'd use Propper to do it in this case honestly. Or if I wanted to get it as accurate as possible with the way old Roblox chamfers it's parts (pre 2013), I'd use Blender. Then obviously you'd need the collision, and then just place it in the map.

If you mean that fullbright type of look, I've tried and haven't come up with the best solution. One way is to make everything a model, so everything is rendered with the lighting using Vertexes instead of light maps. There's also trying to make everything an alphatest texture. It work's sort of, but it's not the best yet. The reason why is because there's still a case of nodraw blocking the lighting on the inside of structures, therefore not looking like old Roblox. Meanwhile, doing all models probably wouldn't be the best in terms of optimization. The map already isn't optimized here very well, and it's comparable to Wutville in TF2, which utilized the "all props" tactic, which lowered performance from what I heard, before it was fixed
