I think he needs a slight rework, maybe buff his heal and reduce the dmg buildup? Also, he becomes blue vegito when he gets parried into special fall.

2 things i want changed is his dash attack its kinda clunky and grounded side b is odd and a bit unneeded with some tweaks this can be a amazing character <3
