yes, yes it is (sorta. I also made it so that the mod in-game requires Ideology and Biotech)
but now, you can stop people from complaining, even before you patch it!

Large Moron, "Preferred xenotype" was added in the recent update and basically gives buffs if your pawns match your ideology's preferred xenotypes. This mod just increases the cap from the vanilla 3 to 999

Could you explain a little more about what this mod does and why one would want to use it? What is a preferred xenotype in this context?
