After reinstalling shogun 2 I wanted to test mods I used before and I tested 12 turns and yeah 1 year passed and my daimyo aged 1 year I believe mod work as intended.

I like to ask if we are able make characters have proper aging? I notice that character's age still in 4 turns per year which isn't really match 12 per years mod

Play the Vanilla Shogun 2 with this one and the FOTS campaing with the more years mod

Yes, it does work, if it is not working then look at your mods list and disable any that change the end date, more campaign years and so on.
