I saw a mod that lets you play as a zombie after you turn yesterday. I don't remember the name, but it's already a thing.
In the walking dead it kind of works like that too, even if they are covered in zombie guts, if they make too much noise zombies percieve them and they are no longer undercover. That would be very fun in gameplay, in multiplayer specially
If the player does not run - zombie does not pursue.
You can kill zombies if you are in melee range (distance between player and zombie is 1.6 = max range melee weapon) - disguise won't disappear.
But if you move away from the zombie that you are killing further or there will be another zombie not far from you and he will see, the disguise will disappear.
Ideally, approach 1 zombie close from behind, get a weapon - kill him and so that other zombies do not see.

No more deaths from putting on the disguise, momentary sickness but no infection or death even when doing it twice in row. Zombies also do not react to you shouting or making any noise bar the disguise being removed still. -Meaning so long as they don't see you you can just make as much noise as you want and they don't even investigate it.
Big weapons- yeah, will make too much noise, but quick stab from crouch maybe not alert them if you have set to low/normal hearing at night or in rain.....also running should alert them as too much noise, only sneak walk/normal walk should be stealth.
Reduced poisoning
Under the disguise there is no panic
When the disguise disappears, extreme panic appears (audible warning)
If the player is sitting in the car and the zombies see you, the disguise will disappear
If a player is holding something in his hand (primary / secondary) and zombies see you, the disguise will disappear
If the player performs some action (eats, drinks, smokes, looting, bandages, opens the hood, and so on) - the disguise will disappear
If it's raining and you're not in the building/car or you're wet/sweaty - disguise will disappear after 1 minute (rain + wet/sweat = 30 seconds +- )
You can walk / run, open / close doors / windows, climb over windows, break a window with your hand - the disguise will not disappear
I will finalize the mod, thanks for the feedback.
Third issue is that once you are unidentified, zombies don't hear you at all, shouting does nothing and it's like ghost mode but infected..... other than that main changes would be that rain washes it off, excessively sweating/getting hot will remove it and running will disable it.
