Has been fixed and updated! If you were playing a chaos dwarf campaign, you will have to start a new campaign, otherwise the traits that they changed will appear as blank.

@TheDukelander thats a great suggestion and so Hochland scopes have been reverted back to their pre patch 15% range to the whole army, for lord and hero.

But the Khorne factions, their lords and heroes, are impacted by this mod. I just didnt do any of the race specific traits for various reasons. just keep recruiting and disbanding lords/heroes and the improved traits will pop up. If one trait keeps reappearing then just let it sit there and no other lord will spawn with it. Sometimes you just get unlucky, Ive played skaven campaigns and didnt get a single cunning engineer or plague priest for the first 200 turns! Luckily, you can save heroes now for once you do find them!

I see what your saying, The Heralds can spawn with the generic traits, so i didnt make the race specific ones anything special. A little tip while farming for traits; If the trait is in the recruitment pool, then it cannot spawn again. So if you getting alot of Bad Hats (the +1 corruption) let them sit in the recruitment pool. Lords that have been recruited and disbanded dont impact the spawned traits, so do not recruit +disband, just let them sit there and the other lords will not spawn with that trait.

Skarbrands unique traits seem a little out of touch of the usual balancing done by you. (which is great and makes these traits feel very powerful and unique). for instance one of the khornate buffs ive encountered a lot being +1 Khorne corruption for the heralds of khorne. The human lords all of them on the exiles of khorne faction, it is the heralds that are very odd in comparison

? It does buff the useless traits. Also the traits are comparable to vanilla WH2, in fact most just are the WH2 traits. That was the point of this mod, to make the nerfed WH3 traits = WH2 traits.

seems too strong compared to vanilla trait. I would have liked it if it buffed useless trait to the extend of useful traits.

It will work with any mod that doesnt impact the same traits. This mod is save game compatible so you can always try it out and see if its working with your other mods or not.
