Pawns can now play with babies as an idle activity

I second this, I'd love such interactions.
Especially since "Play with child" seems to be quite low on the normal "Parenting skill" list.
Babies are usually fed perfectly, but rarely played with for some reason. Even with Parenting on Prio 1
