a friend and i are using MCT and it seems to work for multiplayer as long as you dont change any settings in game. regardless if you dont wanna add functionality i completely understand and if its the case id love to take you up on your offer to work with a sub mod. id need your help directly as it would be my first time modding this so maybe we should find a way to get in proper contact

nope. i play multiplayer and mct doesn't work with multiplayer. I would advise you just learn how to make a sub mod in that case. It's not that complicated imo and if join the mod discord there's plent of info plus I could just personally help you if you need.

awesome. other question. I know it works with the mod manager but could the settings to decide what faction can use them be integrated to the mod configuration too? the version 0.9 beta specifically cuz id rather not modify that via mod manager

Archaon Gifts have all the Dragons for me so something is broken on your end. I would suggest re downloading the mod other wise no clue

For some reason playing as Archaon, I can only see nurgle Dragons as ruinous gifts, and I can only locally recruit undivided dragons.

Okay I copied your settings 1:1 aside from resolution and obviously hardware and I now also have the issue, but worse, all the dragons but the vanilla one are broken lol. At least now I can I find the issue.

Haven't caught up with all the 6.2 update changes yet and their new file compression has caused the current community tools to go down so I'm already hating this.

Interestingly Slannesh and Tzeentch are the only two variants that suffer from the bug

AFAIK it should be using DirectX 12. If memory serves WH3 gives a notification when downgrading correct ?

Thank you good sir! That's very much appreciated. That seems to be a re-occurring issue throughout all my mods. Another re-occurring theme I notice is those users have lower quality graphics. If you could please tell me what in game graphics settings you use and if you change things like DirectX 12 to 11 as well as your GPU Model that would be greatly appreciated. Also please verify if it's only the tzeentch variant with the issue thank you!

I've tried troubleshooting this issue before but I cannot replicate it myself and that makes it infinitely harder to resolve. I'll try making a troubleshooting post in the modding discord but that is also hit or miss.

I love your mod and really appreciate your work. However, I noticed that the Tzeentch dragon has a graphical bug. If possible, could you please fix it?

Thanks for the great mod. I would like to make a suggestion. For the Khorne and neutral ones, insted of Warpflame, which is a Tzeench property, what about giving them Flamable or Burnt? or maybe a passive like Rage or Bloodgreed?

Works for me. manually delete the mod unsub and resub. enable only this mod start new campaign as WoC take your settlement and they should appear in both panels for gifts and recruiting. If they do then working if not something is wrong.

If you use propjoes mod manager click on the gear icon on the right side of the mod and you can allow or not allow units for a faction.

It varies but 1-4 in most armies, especially on chorfs. Was fighting warriors and chorfs at the same time and would see a lot of these at once. Chorfs had 4 in 1 army, a few in some other armies, plus what the warriors brought. I don't remember what turn they started appearing, but it wasn't too early and was on legendary difficulty so they for sure had cheats lol.

All chaos factions have always had access. How many dragons per army? How many turns in the game? It's locked behind a T5 building or 25k souls spent and high cost and upkeep. AI has numerous cheats though.

Is there an option to limit which factions have access to this unit? It's becoming spammed when fighting multiple Chaos races, I was hoping to just have Warriors of chaos have them, which is how I think it used to be. Great unit though, thank you for the work on it.

Hello author, I would like to ask you to correct one point, the Khorne dragon has the sign of Khorne which guarantees a bonus to armor, BUT in fact, compared to other dragons, there is no bonus to armor, I ask you to add a bonus, according to my observations, on average it is 10 units.

WoC undivided lords can only get the unmarked dragon but Valkia for instance gets the Khorne version. Unit cap is intended and can be increased via many ways in the campaign, building the building to even unlock the dragons gives +1 and t5 settlements and technology gives more. If needed can increase cap more. If I ever get around to it im like 40% done on my WoC Rework which allows you to mark the chaos dragon into any of the others but im super focus on doing Kislev units atm

For some reason the campaign cap on the main_unit_table was 1. Is this intended? -1 is unlimited recruitment.

The description on the mod is somewhat vague on mechanics. It's a bit of a guessing game. Are the other variations of chaos dragons locked out of the Warriors of Chaos faction and can you only take undivided? As I've unlocked the variants on the research tree and they're not showing anywhere. Furthermore, is there a cap as I've only been able to recruit two chaos undivided dragons and nothing more. I appreciate you desire to expand the mod. But I much preferred them as gifted units without a cap. Just a suggestion, but would you not consider having a recruitment and gifted version with and without caps? I can do it myself. But I don't like meddling with peoples hard and extensive work in RPFM.

Hm, only way to even remotely start to figure out what happens with desyncs is to download the prop joe mod manager and everyone enabled the script log recorder thing and look at those but even then it's usually in hieroglyphics CA bs language that only they can look at. Aside from two very very common scripts to add the dragons to nurgle it's just basic units but CA is CA and multiplayer is god awful.

I haven't the slightest idea why, but this mod was causing a desync on every combat initiation in our 3 player IE campaign :(

I assume it was probably the fault of Creative Assembly's spaghetti code, as textures and models being stretched randomly seems to be a not-too-rare bug now that I've looked a little into it. Either way, thank you for taking the time to check if it was working:steamthumbsup:
