@Desertfox, that's unfortunate but that's part of the base mod. This mod doesn't touch the focus trees at all

The volunteers still don't get reinforcements with, the Cause, Maxson's chapter and Alamo chapter (before they annex the persuant)

I just took a read through OWB patch notes, doesn't appear they've done a lot with lost hills in the past few patches (just fixed the annoying as hell bug with volunteers not having supply) so you should be good to go Bill

Unsure, haven't played OWB since before christmas. This overwrites the file that creates the decisions so it SHOULD work... but if they've added anything to it, those changes will not be seen with this mod running.
