Hey, instead of giving him a question mark card and a sacrificial altar, you could make a custom active item that activates the effect of the sacrificial altar. I'm pretty sure "player:UseActiveItem(CollectibleType.COLLECTIBLE_SACRIFICIAL_ALTAR)" would work.

the "question card" mimics your active item, so you can actually use it twice if you use the card first

so yeah.. idrk what to do with tainted tbh, but for now i gave him "NO.2" instead of "the poop", now if you hold shoot for 3 seconds you drop a poop bomb!

without making a custom item, the "no tears" thing isn't really allowed to work in this game sometimes

The idea for this is rlly cool and the normal character actually feels pretty good to use(sucks you can only sacrifice once though) but the tainted character feels insanely hard to use, I can never get past the 2nd floor because i run out of followers and butter bean doesnt kill an enemy so im just stuck there until i die
