Databases from @Timo@ are in general just his fantasy land with fantasy rules and formats of competitions, so if you want realizm I wouldn't recommend his stuff.
They are alternatives for those databases that have realistic formats and rules.
I hope you will fix your collection soon, so you don't have this poor quality here. :)

I checked my Ukraine db and it should be fine. But there is currently a bug-thread open on the forum, so maybe its the game having a problem

I tried with New Caledonia, Luxembourg, Ireland, Northern Ireland and your ukraine db

The problem is I don´t know with db is causing the Issue, and if it ain´t one of mine i can´t fix it. I made this collection to have all the deepest possible league in every nation in one place, but i don´t test the db´s from other ppl.

I have the same problem. When creating a savegame the message "Warning: Rule group has empty discipline rules" does not prevent the game from running but once you quit and try to come back the savegame does not run.

Not really can you discribe the problem a bit more? How many of the leagues are you using?
