Hey I like many of your assets -- my main issue with this one is the entertainment on it is 500 which seems a bit extreme ?

@rod_gb Thanks, I am glad you like it! The tables, fences, grills, and the concrete pads under the grills are all Mid Century Modern CCP assets.

Hi Larry, I stumbled upon this asset while looking for "filler" park spaces for awkward zoning patterns where I couldn't fit buildings. I loved it and am now following your series. One question, it says here you need the mid century CCP which I don't have yet the park seems to be fine? What am I missing?
