yes, I only works on the Qality of Death version.
if you are not finding "images\ui\" in there, then I don't know what it could be.

This mod was made to test the new UI, when the mod menu wasn't available

If you are in the UI beta and want to use this you will have to go to:
...\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\371970\2884827056
and then drag the files to:
...\Steam\steamapps\common\Barony
