haven't been tested, but it should be compatible with Researchable Unique Ship Hulls :)
I think it should be compatible with all the mods since I haven't edited the original codes

yeah, a decision would be better. The 'convert' decision is also nice. I will try :)

maybe worth replacing the event to a decision? also a second decision to 'convert' 50 convoys to 1 of the catapult ship (or however much convoys are worth 1800 production points)?
