Looks like this is already the last of the mod releases... I'm afraid all of the modders have already left Civ V...

Hi Pseikone,

the choice of the RAET Bank is attempting to be representative of the Regime de Administracão Especial Temporária, enacted under the Plano Real to curb inflation. As the commercial banks were contributing to inflation, during the RAET, the Brazilian Central Bank had the powers to dismiss the bank's relevant managers and appoint their own (see Decree-law 2321). While the "RAET Bank" was not necessarily called that during this time, the management change did change behaviours, which is why I chose to make it the unique building.

This civ is a focus, as much as possible, on the economic situation in Brazil in the 1990s, and the character of Franco in it, as it's been something that has interested me for some time (the 1990s

I hope you still find the civ enjoyable to play.

Leader suggestion for Brazilian civilization: Fernando Collor de Mello. In his time, the Treaty of Asunción was signed, which created Mercosur.

It is a public savings bank created at the time of the empire. And it allowed the manumission of many slaves in Brazil before the Lei Áurea.
