its been a long time since I made the mod so I can't confirm if it requires it but if the textures are missing you are definitely missing some essential addons either from day of defeat or counter strike source. You can easily find them available online, gmod content has them i think.

Last time I checked it was like that though can't confirm 100%. Will test it out to see if thats the case.

They can work together in the sense the weapons will be fine but the AT weapons on that specific pack will not work with gredwitch i. e. do no damage so the at weapons on this pack should be used instead and the ones on that ignored.
