@Hoobie It is just a bunch of clutches and gearboxes with a generator end electric motore to smooth out the gearchanges. Sadle the system got a bit broken with recent updates, but I will try and build a new system using most likely a diesel-electric hybrid drivetrain with maths based calculations of how the loco should behave, since the devs loco chaning stuff around with clutches all the time.

how does the hydraulic system work? i have been trying to make diesel hydraulic multiple units for a while now and i have never figured out how to simulate a diesel hydraulic drive system. could you please teach me how you did it?

@CattyKat No it does not have HEP nor das it have any door control systems.

does this have head end power for the gallery cars?

i can confirm it works, but it cant pull any cars at all when i tested it.

the breakers are on by default, turning the flip switches "on" turns the circuit off. they are basically inverted since you can't make the flipswitches on by default

Also enabling the breakers instead breaks teh electricity connections?

Yep, turning on cooling immediately kills the preheater

It would seem there is a major issue with the electricity connections. The loco just refuses to preheat, even with INf electric on.

The engines arent preheating. ALso is there an option to have WABSIM send a classic 0-1 brake signal for other peoples rolling stock?

Awesome locomotive!,i never seen before so realistic loco,i played in TSW 2 and drive this southern pacific and i liked but didn't expect to see it so realistic in storm works
