It's possible there isn't enough power, so you could attach a power cable to the back if possible. The bilge is a compromise of space used, power efficiency, and effectiveness. So it does pump out quite slowly.
Playing classic career.
Are you using the rough seas mode in high wind? Autopilot generally does a better job at holding the boat stable and on course. In a boat as small and fast as this one its hard to add any stability features into it. A load of control fins with some PIDs might work, but I always found it usable enough even it high wind.
