Updated Tiki Starter Boat 2025 Update. Renamed vehicle from "Tiki Starter Boat 2024 Update" to "Tiki Starter Boat 2025 Update".

Small rework of autopilot. Now has manual throttle, can override steering. Now cuts throttle at 150m to target.
