+LA MUERTE I'm assuming you're talking about an NPC being shot by a Needler/Needle Rifle and a few seconds have passed and the needle "pops", yes it's not supposed to deal damage, supercombine, the big explosion on the other hand, YES

Question, is it intentional that Needler projectiles do no damage when "exploding"?
