looks more like a bathing robe dude... if you were trying to make zipun or armiak (russian/slavic traditional coats) you shouldv' put more details into them, belt should be also of different texture. Belt used to be a very important part of the outfit, it was basicly a flag of your region just like tartan (kilt) was/still for scotsmen. Otherwise it is a great outfit for heavy!maybe you could try making him a slavic shirt? : )

I genuinely feel as though the tie part of the robe would look better if it were team-colored while unpainted. Great item regardless, though.

With sleeves I actually mean the cuffs, the end of the sleeves that are currently darker color ^^

I think you should make the sleeves, the collar and the brim of the robe the same color as the belt, with paintability and all.

Still, it looks awesome and I'd definitely get this for my Heavy.
