I had a second gen release of mind bender's ambition with killing wind/incandescent and frenzy/dragonfly, literally an impossible set of 4, with a range masterwork, arrowhead break, and higher a quick draw grip. I never should have deleted it. At the time bungie was cracking down on glitched weapons (even legit obtained ones like mine), so I deleted it for materials just to be safe. I never got a second mind bender's either.

No changes whatsoever have been made since release.
If they no longer work for you, its because you got a conflicting mod or disabled it.
