Ylue - it's tied to the original mod so it won't load with just this mod

That makes sense. Well this mod works perfectly fine for me. Only downside being no skillbooks for exp boosts. Thanks for not just taking the mod down entirely though.

I've unlisted it, theres other versions that exist & people were messaging me for mod support. If you know how to use this mod feel free to keep using it though :sothappy:

Hm, might just be on my side but it seems this mod no longer pops up when searching for it on the steam workshop.

@eXoriare level up your lockpicking skill (not sure if nimble helps), the original mod is here -> https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2368058459

@panopticon If I change the mod ID to be identical to the original, then it would create a game error for everyone who joins betterlockpicking servers, even if they're not using my mod.

There is a bit of annoyance with using Better Lockpicking addons with this fork, since the mod ID is not "betterLockpicking" and the mods throw a tantrum about it. Could you change the mod ID back to the original? This is otherwise a great fix, thank you for it.

Should you have the original mod to or just this one?

Yes, lockpicking can be added mid-game. More importantly is Profession Framework though. If you have certain mods that aren't compatible with profession framework, then that would be more of an issue.

Is it safe to add mid-game? (multiplayer)

Thank you for this wonderful updated and working version!

@Tommy my fix does not alter the original mod in any way, only changes the file dependency from "Profession Framework Build 41 Patch - Dr.Bright" back to the original mod "Profession Framework - Dr_Cox1911". The original mod is updated & maintained, unlike B41 Patch version which has not been updated and is the reason why Aiteron's original Lockpicking mod has been broken since last year.

As far as I know, the mod you have linked uses "B41 Patch" as a dependency instead of the real Profession Framework mod, and also alters the mod itself.

What's the main difference between your fix and this?
