Oh, isn't it at the intersections? If you have the DLC Mass Transit, it should actually appear there.
Unfortunately I don't play CS1 anymore so I can't test it, sorry.

Subscribed, it shows up in the asset menu, but doesn't show up anywhere in the game.

@Lordwarblade Yes, I also think that Mass Transit is the most important DLC. But I also think After Dark is very good because of the bicycle and bus lanes.
