This is really nice, it invites for a ride.

No the brackets arent a factor. Sometimes steam does this. How many blueprints do you have? if you can spare losing one just to be sure, give it a shot. Also, sometimes clearing your download cache can fix this, or try checking your steam download properties, make sure the game's auto-update and downloads is turn on, and make sure nothing is hanging up your steam downloads.

@LyfeForse I've subscribed to this HV but in my RE Creative game it doesn't show up in my Blueprints lists anywhere. I've unsubscribed and resubscribed, exited the game and restarted the game but still no luck. I have less than the limit for blueprints. Could it be due to the brackets at the start of the name? Any ideas?
