Well you either didn't beat the specific boss meant to unlock a certain set, or you don't have Shop Expander installed. Other than that, I don't know what the issue would be. Do you have any other mods that affect an NPC's shop inventory?

It might be something with the config, i believe the default config sets the sounds and everything else to false, which is something that will be changed in the future. Go into the mod settings and then change the configs you want. Hopefully that'll fix it.

The custom sounds no longer seem to be working, unless you removed them. When I played this mod over a year ago, the cell phone, newspaper and RV keys all played clips from BrBa/BCS. Could be a mod confliction, I don't know

I had the other mod The Quag is from for about a week on my server, and removed it today after we've all had our giggles. The chest for all Quag-type content was full of missing items, but The Quag remained. I can't get rid of it. I wish I never found him.

not really, people ask it all the time. honestly, i think it literally just takes a while for him to move into a home, no clue why. his favorite biome is the desert, so maybe try building there? otherwise i'd just say wait it out, sorry about that.
