i have problems with some blocks, when i buy them some slots blocks, i cant use them before i die or clear inventory

Also i got a problem, i have created my own map, but it does not start after the /start command, any ideas how to start it?

How do you activate encryptors? I found them in the inventory when typing unlimited, thought it would be fun to use them in contraptions, but they do not activate, it is inpossible to connect them to battery containers
