Never made sense that a machine that SCANS DEEP UNDERGROUND needed to be able to SEE THE SKY. We already have deepscan ultrasound type radar in the 21st century. That's housed and operated indoors. Pretty sure a few thousand years from now they'll be able to continue that achievement.
