Unfortunately, we are unable to implement graphics for planetary fortresses and mobile stellar fortress ships.
This is because the ship's appearance is always fixed regardless of section.
As a component graphic, I think it's possible to overlay a new hull on top of the default planetary fortress appearance, but it's not realistic due to too many design constraints.

Most of the currently released mods are bundled with English translation files.

Just making sure, but do all of your mods have English localizations?
