Read point 1. It says that you need to hold down the top and bottom buttons for turning on the connectors on either side of the container from the outside, after some time the tank will turn into mobile mode and you can enter from below

What do you mean? In the description, everything is correctly described, okay, to open the container, press the buttons for switching the connectors in the drawer upper and lower with Q and E and hold for a little.
