changed the building so it should now appear for mother o. Buffed the HP and base damage

Just a quick FYI for those wishing to add the unit via console commands to test it out or record cinematic battles the console command is:

add unit Kislev_Fenrir 1

So I've been comparing Fenrir to other rank 4 monsters and beasts and its' hp is way too low for what it is, even with regen, having almost half the hp of its contemporaries. Honestly it needs a 20-30% boost in hp to be competitive.

its not made with sfo in mind, and i think this mod hasnt been converted yet for compatibility

Fenrir is 100% Nordic culture so of course it's lore friendly for Norsca. If Middlenland worships a wolf, why the hell can't the Nords do it too?

Kislev is based off of Russia, Poland, Belarus and Ukraine and there's wolves in Russian, Polish and other Slavic folklore. So it makes sense if you're not a fandom fascist lol

im having an odd issue- im losing all geentext descriptors in unit cards on literally all other units, except this one. (tested with only this active )

You wanted it, you got it! Norsca can now recruit Fenrir at T4 Beast/Skinwolf building. They do get it a bit earlier than Kislev, but I find that thematically fitting. Balance pending, and still bug testing!
