I'm not sure if i get u right... But i used the "irregular stone" walls (place walls>stone) for the lower level. The bold masonry on the outer ring (2nd level) are the "stone platforms". (objects>structural>stone construction)
The large arches on the inside are technically doors called "gate". (place doors>arches)
