Is the config somewhere besides the ModConfigs Folder? As the Mod Browser has the config option greyed out.

*playing it* is much better than the *youtube preview*.

Playing it... like 7.5/10... probably higher.
YouTube... like a solid 6... UNTIL you mine metal. Then 3/10 while mining metal. So YouTube does you a *~*bit*~* dirty. If I VeinMined(TM), 480 HP damage a second to my brain shield.

Are there any rain white noise sound effects for varying levels of rain? I can't find a mod that does that - and it's an immersion thing that I'm desperately looking for. As far as I know, not even Terraria Ambience does it.

Is this mod compatible with Magic Storage? It seems whenever I open the crafting interface, the crafting sounds constantly play until awhile after I leave the world

Ah dam, this is a mod ive actually been lookin for, seems pretty cool however some of the sounds are a little much, that and obvs not updated for 1.4.4

@ryu possibly. I haven't done any modding in a while though. If I do update it you'll be able to expect some additions since I've been making more sound effects for my game

Is there a way to lower the volume of specific sounds? Some guns are extraordinarly loud, so much so you almost can't hear the game behind them

for some reason with this mod (I tested trying to turn off others) I keep hearing gunshots when I attack someone (and I am not even using a gun or any ranged weapon)

@CthulhuFox yes but it'd be very time consuming because there are a lot of really minor changes.
I might add broader config options but if I added a config for every individual sound effect it'd be a bit much.
