I agree with Multay, actually a lot of the gun sounds have changed for the worse imo. Especially handgunners from the Empire

eversince grudgerakers were introduced they also changed the sound of the regular thunderers and i find them kinda lackluster in terms of their sounds. it sound kinda weak i suppose.

how easy is it to edit the audio of specific units?

@Multay - there aren't as many options for it unfortunately. I have one that edits Cathay's gun noises a bit that I haven't posted because I'm lazy, but otherwise I've never made a gun rework I felt was very good

On that note Queen Bess really needs a sound update too. Is there any sound file in the game that would even come close to how that thing should sound?

Any chance of this getting updated to include the Necrofex Colossus arm cannons? They still sound like a Pringles lid being opened by comparison

@linkfire12 I don’t think so, but they definitely changed the sounds for pistols to something more punchy!

I'm having trouble telling, but did they change the sound/vfx for cannons for Thrones of Decay? They seem a bit different then I remember.

Kyokamaru, it's now possible, thanks to Ole's Asset Editor, he decoded all WH3 sounds

is it possible to add unique sound FX into the game by moding? just asking iff so ill maybe try to add some original sound FX from other games for the cannons.
