I would be elated with it being either a reskin or it's own weapon if valve chooses to add it.
One stat idea I thought of while working on it is that moonshots would summon a meteor shower in that area. Similar to the Halloween spell but far weaker.

What do you intend for it to be? A reskin of the Sandman or Wrap? Personally I think it could be its own thing. Any stats you've considered?

Reminds me of the antenna weapon you get in F:Nv Old World Blues if valve ever adds new weapons again I hope this one gets it.
