The mission success trigger is triggered before the helicopter touches the ground.
Also about putting this on BI forums I still cannot create a thread in the mission forum, I think I may need like 5+ posts or something so until then I can't.
Hope to see more of your campaigns! Toadie2K is going to release an AR15 pack, with Colt M727, so you could use Craig´s SP pack, Fallujah and make a Blackhawk down-like campaign set in the early 90s, how about that?

I´ll check it out the mission missions, I´ll erase and put the campaign file again at the folder and them retry all missions to see if they list right...
I think I know a reason why the pilot may be dead, he may have been shot and killed during the drop off - I have it just set that the pilot and the helicopter itself is invincible.
Currently for me al the missions are showing on my end so I have no idea why prelude and the others are missing for you - could you be using another mod that could be conflicting with it?
As my testing goes I have just finished the "Afternoon Patrol" mission, when I replay "The Finale" I will have to see how it is and possibly change the helicopter so it doesn't take off right away.
So far through my playthrough I have found three bugs and two of them deal with mission tasks and the other is something else.
I´ve reached the truck drop point by a shortcut, so I´ve probably missed those triggers on the road lol
And at the Finale, place the chopper hovering just besides the hangar, it is already 700 mts away, and then it flees right after killing the guards, it is nearly impossible to shoot it down! (had to teleport and even dropping it, I was already receiving the radio message that I´ve failed, then the message of the "good ending" and then the mission accomplished saying I didn´t shot down the Colonel =P
In order to trigger the trigger that makes him visible you will have to follow the main road through that little town/village before the dropoff point, what I can do to help is probably incrase the triggers range so that it get's triggered sooner and better.
For the helicotper bug how long did you wait in the helicopter to see if it would have taken off, since I noticed that on Resupply that it took a bit longer for both tasks and scripts to load then they normally would (maybe it was there was to much units/scripts and what not on the mission).
I will have to look into that but I know when I tested the mission before I uploaded it, it did work for me.
