Yeah, I think there's an unrealistic amount of light poles in this map.
Oh well, a bit too late to fix it now, I guess.

in the 4th house on the left row next to the big building. enter through the back door to the right
there is a little cubby inside the cubby is a trap door go through it. there should be radios.
there should be a clean radio that you can interact with. thats all i found for now.

and when i tried uninstalling every other mod it still crashed

i think i have too much mods because the game (or sometimes my computer) crashes when i try loading the map. and i tried uninstalling some and it did not work i'll try to uninstall more mods

Have you tried waiting five minutes in the loading screen, as this map is very big and may take a while to load.
