well some good news, I did manage to get the Latin Empire to work now

For latins, thats a shame
For francia i gues its undestandable tho i feel like french imperial dejure is indeed roman given its connestion to rome and the carolingian empire not to mention when france actually did adopt a imperial title they started to claim to be roman.
For bulgaria, bulgaria is basically the slavic third rome before even rus christinized constantly seeking to replace the byzantines, their empire in 936 basically represents the imperial title of tsar simeon who tried to conquer constantinople multiple times because he had a dream of being a roman emperor

well to be honest I tried including the Latin Empire, but for some reason it doesn't want to work. As for Francia, its ties to Rome coincide with the Holy Roman Empire, which of course Charlemagne can form in his titular bookmark. And as for Bulgaria, I know basically nothing about them or their history so I did not include them on those grounds, as I had not even considered them a candidate.
